Bathroom Preparation

Our project managers work to the site plans provided by your designer. A standard build for a 12’x12’ room would run as follows:

Day 1 Site brief and materials short list. Rip out the old bathroom, tiles and flooring. Electrical inspection.
Day 2 Electrical inspection and 1st fix. Heating / plumbing inspection and 1st fix. Blockwork, structural, plastering, dry lining, floor levelling.
Day 3 Blockwork, structural, plastering, dry lining.
Day 4 Tiling, Preparation for decoration, Woodwork.
Day 5 Tiling, Decoration, 2nd Fix and Certification.

Structural alterations and extensions do of course take considerably longer though we still offer the same perspicacity through our involvement from the initial design, through planning and building.
